Taking courses as an unclassified student is available to individuals who have a baccalaureate degree and are not seeking a graduate degree. |

Complete the application form and return it to the Graduate School office along with a non-refundable application fee of $45. Make check or money order payable to Wake Forest University. |
| Request
an official transcript from your undergraduate college or university to be sent to: |
| Review the attached course schedule and academic calendar. |

Print a registration form to be completed and signed by each course instructor. This form needs to be returned to the Graduate School office no later than the first day of classes. |

Students enrolled for 4 or more hours per semester are required to complete a Health Information Summary form. This form and information regarding the required immunizations can be accessed at www.wfu/edu/shs/vaccines.html. |
